About ManMed Dynamics

We are a research-driven team building surgical robotics, clinical AI, and digital hospital systems. Our work is done in close collaboration with clinicians and partners to make a measurable impact at the point of care.

Surgical Robotics

Humanoid assistance, dexterous manipulation, and safety systems designed for real operating rooms.

Clinical AI

Perception, imaging, and decision support with rigorous validation and clinician-in-the-loop design.

Digital Hospital

Interoperable software, workflow automation, and data pipelines that meet privacy and compliance needs.

Mission

We translate research into dependable tools for the OR and ward. Our focus is pragmatic engineering — robust perception, intuitive interaction, and safety systems that respect clinical realities. We partner with hospitals to co-develop, validate, and maintain these systems long-term.

  • Design safe, reliable surgical robotics and clinical AI that fit real hospital workflows.
  • Work clinician-in-the-loop from day one — prototype, validate, and iterate with partner sites.
  • Build privacy-by-design data pipelines and interoperable software that hospitals can trust.
  • Deliver measurable impact: reduced time-to-care, lower cognitive load, and better outcomes.
Vision

We see operating rooms and wards becoming smarter, safer, and more humane. Robotics and AI should extend clinical judgement — not replace it — while making care more consistent and accessible. Our long-term goal is to become a reference lab for translating robotics and AI from bench to bedside.

  • Humanoid assistance that augments teams — dexterous, explainable, and safe.
  • Clinical AI that improves imaging, triage, and decision support without adding burden.
  • A digital hospital fabric: standards-based interoperability across devices and software.
  • Equitable access: solutions designed for India first, scalable to diverse settings.

Manmed Dynamics

Medicine rewards reliability; engineering rewards elegance. At Manmed, our craft is to reconcile both. We design mechanisms, control laws, and perception stacks that behave deterministically within the messy, stochastic theatre of clinical care. Every subsystem — from torque-limited actuation to privacy-preserving inference — is specified with a concrete clinical hazard model, measurable success criteria, and a plan for graceful degradation when reality misbehaves.

Our research agenda is deliberately translational. We prototype fast, but validate harder — prospective studies, blinded reads, repeatability analyses, and post-market surveillance baked into our pipelines. The outcome we optimise for is not merely AUC or task-space error, but time-to-care, reduced cognitive load, and fewer errors at the point of care. In short: engineering that earns clinical trust.

Bridging medicine and engineering for us means writing clinical safety cases and control proofs with equal seriousness. Interfaces are co-designed with scrub nurses and residents, then hardened in simulation before a single screw touches the OR. On the data side, we treat telemetry as clinical evidence: privacy budgets, governance trails, and reproducible pipelines are first-class features. Interoperability is not a checkbox — our systems speak HL7/FHIR, DICOM, and vendor APIs to fit existing hospital fabrics without heroics. The guiding principle is simple: every feature must lower variance in patient care while remaining explainable to clinicians who use it under pressure.
